Frank De Mey has 22 years of background experience in assessments and 15 years experience in direct and executive searches for middle and senior management positions.
Frank graduated with a Master’s degree magna cum laude in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences, with a specialisation in Industrial Psychology. He began his career at the recruitment firm CERM, where he specialised for eight years in carrying out customer-oriented assessments of candidates. In 1992, he and a fellow student set up Fiers & De Mey, a company specialised in direct & executive searches and assessments. From 2000 to 2004, Frank was Chairman of the Federation of Recruitment and Selection Firms, FWS/FRS, and helped establish Federgon Recruitment, Search & Selection, which underlines his concern for ethics and quality.
In May 2007, he joined the Accord Group as Partner, where he focuses on providing professional services to private companies.
