IRIS® is designed to provide an initial picture of capabilities and potential for graduates or for those working already in organizations who have at least one year work experience, where there is a requirement to identify potential for first level line management or specialist roles.

CPA® is our “flagship” diagnostic method. It’s the most comprehensive process for coming to a facilitated view about an individual’s capabilities and therefore enables a more effective matching of people to work roles than more traditional methods.

LPA® is an integrated personal style and preference tool combining 6 assessments to cover 29 behavioral characteristics: team roles, conflict handling, work styles, learning styles, personality and management style.
