Career Path Appreciation (CPA) is the “flagship” of the BIOSS diagnostic methods. It is the most comprehensive process for coming to a facilitated view about an individual’s capabilities and therefore enables a more effective matching of people to work roles than more traditional methods.

LPA is an An Integrated Personal Style and Preference Tool combining 6 assessments to cover 29 behavioural characteristics: team roles, conflict handling, work styles, learning styles, personality and management style.

IRIS is designed to provide an initial picture of capabilities and potential for graduates or for those working already in organizations who have at least a year's work experience, where there is a requirement to identify potential for first level line management or specialist roles.
