Our approach to organization and job design defines the unique type of work that is required to be undertaken at various levels within an organization based on the BIOSS framework. How many levels are needed will depend upon the complexity of the external demands faced by the organization. This will in part be shaped by the national, international or global context and the strategic intent. In working with organizations to determine the most effective shape and structure, functional alignment, matrix requirements and relationships are also key in determining success.
