Jan De Tremerie has accumulated a wide range of international experience in organisational development, leadership development and coaching.
Jan was graduated as an Experimental Psychologist. He has followed several additional training courses: anthropology, coaching, leadership development, etc. He began his career as market researcher, qualitative research director and marketing consultant. Subsequently, he switched over to HR management consultancy at KPMG.
There he was responsible for important organisational development projects, leadership development programmes and coaching projects for Top 500 companies and the government.
He has worked in Europe, Eastern Europe & Russia, Asia and the US.
